The horror movie “It Lives Inside” is directed by Bishal Dutta. The film features a talented cast, including Megan Suri, Mohana Krishnan, Vik Sahay, and Betty Gabriel alongside Neeru Bajwa.
The story of “It Lives Inside” revolves around an Indian-American teenager desperate to fit in at school and rejects her Indian culture and family for the same. But, when a mythological demonic spirit latches onto her former best friend, she must come to terms with her roots to conquer it.
Based on a story by Dutta and Ashish Mehta, the original screenplay was written by Dutta. Moreover, the personal family story of Dutta’s grandfather and Indian demonic legends are heavily incorporated into the film.
