Netizen Asks Vivek Agnihotri to Make Film on Manipur Violence, Must Read Director’s Reaction

Violence in Manipur crossed its saturation level when the horrifying video of two women being paraded n*ked went viral. This gru*some incident shook the nation to its core. 

Not only our Prime Minister, but the bollywood actors including Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Kiara Advani, Kareena Kapoor etc came forward and demanded justice for the two women. 

Amidst all this, the Kashmir Files maker Vivek Agnihotri was asked to make a film on Manipur violence to which he gave a befitting reply. 

He replied as qouted by Bollywood life website, “Tumhari ‘Team India’ mein koi ‘man enough’ filmmaker nahin hai kya?” This comes after a netizen reacted to the Vivek’s tweet on Indian judiciary’s stand on Kashmiri Hindu Genocide

Vivek Agnihotri is popular for his film The Kashmir Files that releases in 2022. The film was a massive success at the box office. 

It was about the violence and genocide that Kashmiri Pandits and Hindus had to face. Kashmir files also became the third highest grossing film of 2022 that earned more than ₹300 crore. 

Earlier this month, Vivek Agnihotri also released the trailer of his upcoming web series The Kashmir Files unreported which will stream on Zee5. 

This heart wrenching series is about Kashmiri Pandits sharing their horrifying experiences and demanding justice.
