NIA Charges Goldy Brar, Four Others for Gurugram Club B*mbing Conspiracy Case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against five people, including Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Goldy Brar, for their role in the 2024 bomb attacks at two popular clubs in Gurugram.

According to officials, the charges were filed in a Panchkula court on Friday. Along with Brar, the NIA has named Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, Bhawish, and US-based Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik in the case. All but Brar and Malik have been arrested so far.

The investigation found that the accused were involved in planning bomb blasts at the Warehouse Club and Human Club in Gurugram’s Sector 29 on December 10, 2024. These attacks were reportedly part of a bigger plan by the banned terror group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to create fear, disturb peace, and stir communal tensions in Haryana and nearby areas.

As per the NIA, the plot was carefully crafted by Goldy Brar and his network. They were not only planning acts of terror but were also involved in collecting extortion money, raising funds for terrorism, gathering weapons, and spreading fear among people—all in an attempt to challenge India’s unity, security, and peace.
