“No Supplements, No Gym”, Punjab’s Teen Bags Guinness World Record For Most Pushups With Claps

You all have somewhere heard that going to the gym and taking supplements are most important for body and strength building, however, Punjab’s 19-year-old teen has proven this wrong. Kuwar Amritbir Singh from Umarwala village, Batala, did 45 pushups in just 60 seconds, accomplishing his world record on February 8, 2022.

Surprisingly, after each dip, he executed finger pushups with claps. Additionally, he attempted this to motivate the youth of India. In a social media post, Kuwar Amritbir Singh revealed that he practiced for 21 days to make the record, never took any supplements, neither went to gym, but consumed the home-cooked desi food by his mother.

The 19-year-old even managed to build his own equipment for exercise. Kunwar is a fitness enthusiast who believes in natural bodybuilding. He shares his videos on social media, in order to inspire the youth, accomplishing a lot of achievements over the past few years. He even won the India Book of Records for the youngest to perform a maximum, 35 Superman pushups in just 20 seconds!

Kuwar Amritbir was even nominated for the Karmaveer Chakra Award in 2021. Moreover, his hardwork and dedication are an inspiration for youth. He has proved that willpower, never-give-up attitude and hardwork are the key to achieve anything. 

In today’s world, where almost all gym freaks use various supplements, mostly protein powders for building muscles, this youngster has proved that the “desi food” is always the best. The knuckle pushups performed by Kunwar Amritbir are one of the toughest pushups ever. 

This young man from Punjab also mentioned that he wants to build a healthy nation. By posting the workout videos on his social media accounts, he motivates the youth for fitness.
