As per the latest development, actress Nora Fatehi has accused Jacqueline Fernandez of defamation. Notably, Nora alleged Jacqueline of “making defamatory imputations about her for malicious purposes.” Moreover, this entire controversy is linked with jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

In a plea, Nora stated, “Jacqueline sought to criminally defame me in order to destroy my career for her own interests, as we both work in the same industry and come from similar backgrounds.” Surprisingly, Nora alleged that since Jacqueline took her name in the matter, she lost the brand deals and shows!
Jacqueline appeared before Patiala House court in Delhi today, in the ₹200 crore money laundering case linked with jailed conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Next hearing will take place on December 20. On the other hand, Nora Fatehi even claimed that her reputation has been destroyed by the media in this entire matter.

Reportedly, Jacqueline had previously been given relief in exchange for a personal bond of ₹2 lakh and a condition to not to leave the country without the permission of court. Additionally, the Enforcement Directorate also instructed the actress to join the investigation whenever needed.
This is one of the most controversial matters trending across the media for the past few days. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez was earlier questioned by the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing over a ₹200 crore extortion case linked to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, also investigated by the ED (Enforcement Directorate).
Earlier, conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar even claimed that he funded the Aam Aadmi Party for the assembly elections in Punjab and Goa. However, his claims were denied by the AAP. Jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s name has been trending across social media over such controversies.
Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandes as well as Nora Fatehi and a few more actresses were questioned over the gifts they received from Chandrashekhar. However, with Nora Fatehi filing defamation case against Jacqueline Fernandez, the issue seems to be more heated up!
