‘Conspirators Won’t Be Spared’: PM Modi’s Strong Message From Bhutan On Red Fort Blast

PM Modi speaking in Bhutan after Red Fort Blast statement

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has issued a firm warning against those behind the Red Fort Blast that rocked Delhi on Monday evening. While addressing a gathering in Bhutan’s capital, Thimphu, on Tuesday, PM Modi said, “Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy. The conspirators behind this will not be spared.” His remarks came a day after the explosion near the Red Fort Metro Station killed nine people and injured twenty others. Red Fort Blast

‘Entire Nation Stands With The Victims,’ Says Modi

Speaking with emotion, Modi said he came to Bhutan “with a heavy heart” as the horrific incident in Delhi has deeply saddened the nation. “I understand the grief of the affected families. Today the entire country stands with them,” he added.

The Prime Minister, who switched to English midway through his speech to reach a global audience, declared, “All those responsible will be brought to justice.” Officials confirmed he remained in touch with all investigating agencies through the night as the probe into the Red Fort Blast intensified.

Pulwama Doctor Linked To The Blast

Investigators revealed that the car involved in the explosion — a white Hyundai i20 — was owned and driven by Dr. Umar Mohammad, a Pulwama-based doctor. He is suspected to have ties with the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror group and was allegedly part of a radical Telegram network of doctors. The explosion occurred at 6:52 PM near a busy intersection close to the Red Fort Metro Station, damaging several vehicles.

Connection To Faridabad Explosives Seizure

Hours before the Delhi blast, police in Faridabad, Haryana, seized 2,900 kg of explosive materials  including ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, and sulphur  from rented rooms linked to another Kashmiri doctor, Muzammil Shakeel.

Shakeel and Adeel Ahmad Rather were among eight individuals arrested for being part of a “white-collar terror module” operating across Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Officials now believe Umar was also part of this network, directly connecting the Faridabad explosives case to the Red Fort Blast.
