PM Modi Orders Forceful Response to Pakistan’s Ceasefire Violations

In a decisive move, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has instructed the Indian armed forces to respond robustly to Pakistan’s repeated ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC). During a high-level security meeting, Modi emphasized that any aggression from across the border should be met with a strong and immediate counteraction.

The directive comes in the wake of escalating tensions, with Pakistan engaging in cross-border firing and drone intrusions. The Indian Army, under Operation Sindoor, has launched targeted strikes against terror camps and military installations within Pakistan, resulting in significant enemy casualties and the neutralization of key terrorist figures.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted that the operation not only targeted militant infrastructure but also sent a clear message about India’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. The Indian Air Force played a crucial role, executing precision strikes that led to the destruction of multiple enemy aircraft and facilities.

The Indian military’s actions have been described as measured yet firm, aiming to safeguard national security without escalating the conflict unnecessarily. The government has reiterated its commitment to protecting its citizens and maintaining peace, while also making it clear that any threats will be met with decisive force.
