Furthermore, the culprits were identified as Sadhu Singh, Jagdish Singh, alias Disha, Manpreet Singh, alias Mani, and Jaspreet Singh, aka Lock, all belonging to Punjab’s Mansa district, according to Director General of Punjab Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav. As per the information, three foreign-manufactured pistols, including a 9 mm automatic machine pistol made in Turkey, as well as ammunition were also recovered by the police.

As per the information, Mehal Singh, a mining trader, was shot dead outside of home on October 13 in Kundeshwari, Kashipur. Moreover, DGP Gaurav Yadav claimed that the defendants were further plotting to conduct terrible crimes in Punjab and surrounding regions. The accused has been the subject of a case that has been filed under the relevant IPC sections and the Arms Act.

Reportedly, the investigations have shown that Sadhu Singh and Manpreet Singh had murdered mining merchant Mehal Singh in Uttarakhand on the orders of gangsters-turned-terrorists Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dalla, and Sukhdool Singh, also known as Sukha Duneke. According to a statement made by DGP Yadav, the two other arrested had given them guns, logistical support, and undertook a reconnaissance of the victim’s home.

Moreover, these 4 arrests are seen as a major breakthrough in the murder case of Uttarakhand based trader Mehal Singh. The police units are trying their best to nab the culprits and solve the case as soon as possible. However, despite numerous efforts and actions by the state police, such criminal activities carried out by the gangsters have feared the masses.
