Punjabi Celebrities Who Paid Tribute To The Martyrs Of 1984 Through Social Media

The Sikh Genocide of 1984, often described as one of the worst riots in the history of India, resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians. Houses were demolished, families destroyed, people killed and the citizens of the country suffered.

On the 37th anniversary of the soul-shaking incident, the whole Punjabi industry came together as one, to remember the martyrs who lost their lives in the ’84 riots. ‘1984 can never be forgotten’ was the common slogan of the whole industry.
