Youth Akali Dal Leader Vicky Middukhera was recently shot dead under broad daylight in Mohali by four armed men. The shooters were able to murder Vicky and even flee from the spot, untouched. The dreadful incident has deeply impacted the feelings of Vicky’s close friends. Being an important political figure, Vicky had good relations with various Punjabi celebrities, Politicians and prominent names.
Popular singer of the Industry, Mankirt Aulakh shared a note with the audience through his social media expressing his feelings on the demise of his friend. Sharing pictures with Vicky, Mankirt wrote’ “I’ve seen much of the world but none like Vicky. Vicky had a different aura to himself. He was a positive man and used to be happy when he saw someone succeeding. The man who believed in unity, went forever, alone today.”
Actress Sonia Maan also shared a picture of Vicky on her Instagram and wrote that whatever happened was extremely bad. She added that Vicky was a very nice person and always stood for the rights of the youth. Ending the message, she wrote that only God has the right to take away someone’s life, not any human.
Since Vicky was the leader of Youth Akali Dal, the president of the political party Shiromani Akali Dal, Sukhbir Singh Badal, reached Vicky’s home and mourned his death. Sharing the pictures on his Instagram he wrote that Vicky’s murder is a huge blow to the Akali Dal family and his murderers won’t be spared.
The murder of Vicky has made the public raise questions on the defence system of the state. The public is demanding security of life in the state as a prominent figure like Vicky was murdered under broad daylight, and the murderers have still not been identified. The Police is soon expected to identify and punish the criminals with all the necessary legal ways.
