The sequel to what can be described as one of the most brilliant pieces in the Punjabi cinema, Qismat, is nearing its release date. Set to release on 23 September, the official teaser of Qismat 2 has finally dropped on Youtube. It feels like the Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Tania starrer is going to give sensitive people a very hard time.
The trailer opens with the most unexpected shot, the climax scene of Qismat. The music production of Qismat was already top-class but it has even ascended in the second part. The background music in the Qismat 2 trailer is soulful and the lyrics describe the plot of the movie, somewhat.
Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta’s acting excellency is once again seen in the Qismat 2 trailer. Both of them are some of the most natural actors you’ll ever see and the trailer is a perfect exhibition of it. Their on-screen romantic love story is going through many twists in this one. The trailer also gives insights into the part of the story shot in the UK. Shiv and Bani are older now and their story is still not settled! This is going to be an interesting thing to watch out for.
But Qismat is a name that carries strong heartbreaking emotions to itself. There’s no doubt we’ll need a box of tissues while going to theatres to watch the grand release of the most awaited film of the year. Comedy, happiness, sorrow, emotion, heartbreak, betrayal, love and there’s still much more going in the trailer! The trailer of Qismat 2 has given the audience a hint that the most anticipated film is also going to be the biggest one of the year!
But! The thing that should grab everyone’s attention is that the most important addition in the sequel is actually missing from the trailer. When Qismat 2’s star cast was announced, we were looking forward to seeing Tania’s role in the film. Many songs from the movie have been officially dropped, the teaser and now even the final trailer but there’s no idea where Tania is in any of those! The trailer has no appearance made by Tania.
Our sources suspect that Tania’s role is being kept hidden and secret by the makers of Qismat 2 because her character is going to be totally unique and different from what we have ever seen in the industry. We all are looking forward to seeing Tania in Qismat 2! 23 September is the date when the biggest emotional drama of the year will make its worldwide theatrical release. The hopes have been lifted up with the trailer!
