Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai Review : Salman Khan Brings An Action-Packed Thriller For The Audience, Which Is The Problem!

One of the most successful actors in the Bollywood industry, Salman Khan has finally come up with his Eid surprise, Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai. With the Global pandemic of COVID-19 shutting the cinemas all over the country, the movie had to be launched on the OTT platform Zee5. The plot of the movie is very Bollywood-like, a suspended cop, Radhe (Salman Khan) is called back to curb the drug abuse problem among Mumbai’s youth.

But Radhe faces off against the dangerous villain, Rana (Randeep Hooda) this time. The 1h 49m long film delivers what Salman does the best, action. The only problem about it is, it’s all the movie’s got. A plain Hero vs Villain story with the Hero triumphing at the end. What makes it different is the antagonist, Rana (Randeep Hooda).

The first half of the movie feels very average, it’s the second that makes you slide to the edge of the seat. Watch out for the climax for sure, it holds heavy suspense for you. Though the story does not hold much metal to it, the direction by Prabhudeva has been good. With some over the top scenes, the movie successfully delivers the signature Bollywood action.

The individual performances by Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Jacky Shroff and especially Randeep Hooda have been good. Radhe is simply savage and the audience loves that. Randeep Hooda steals the limelight this time with his impactful performance.

The actor’s skills are not something unknown to the audience, and in this movie too, he exhibits them perfectly. Disha Patani is drop-dead gorgeous, there is no doubt to that, but fails to deliver as an actor. The legendary Jacky Shroff tries to lighten up the mood with his limited character.

Overall, Radhe is a good one-time watch. The movie defies physics at instances, science lovers won’t appreciate some of the sequences. The story is very Bollywood and fails to bring an authentic touch to the movie.

The actors have given average performances, but Randeep Hooda surely shines. There cannot be judgments on the basis of box office collections this time, because there are none. Though the movie will release in theatres once the situation of the pandemic is under control, you can watch the movie on Zee5 for the moment.
