Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding is one of the most awaited weddings in B-Town. Many speculations were spreading around that the couple will be tying a wedding knot in April. Not only this, the reports also suggest that the couple might get hitched in Mumbai in the presence of their close and loved ones.
Moreover, not in local resorts or hotels but the couple will reportedly tie the knot in some other place. Pinkvilla reported that Ranbir and Alia’s wedding ceremony will take place at Kapoor’s ancestral home, RK House where Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor got married on January 20, 1980. It has been said that Ranbir is very close to his grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor and that’s why he also wishes to tie the wedding knot at his ancestral home. The guestlist of 450 people will be dealt with by Shaadi Squad wedding planners, reports stated.
Also, it has been speculated that the wedding will be happening in a short period because Alia’s family wants to do it as early as possible. It is because of Alia’s maternal grandfather, Narendra Nath Razdan’s health issues.
Further, both Ranbir and Alia have remained lip tight on these reports. But when asked to Ranbir’s uncle Randhir Kapoor, he has denied all such reports. “I’m not in Mumbai right now, and I haven’t heard anything about the wedding. If such a big wedding was happening at our house, somebody would have surely called me up and informed me,” the veteran actor told Hindustan Times.

Speaking of the much loved couple, they made their relationship public recently. Further, on the work front, Ranbir and Alia will be seen together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s directorial Brahmastra. The shooting of the same has been wrapped up already. Along with the couple, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in crucial roles.
