With a face carved to perfection and a body to die for, Sonam Bajwa is one of the most beautiful divas Pollywood has. However, if you think that the glow she flickers and the perfect curves she flaunts is a result of some chemicals or supplements, think again. There are some special fitness and beauty mantras Sonam follows, which were revealed recently. The actress breaks a lot of sweat in the gym and follows a strict diet to maintain her envious figure.

In one interview she talked about her daily eating routine and amazingly it came out that she had two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners in a day. 

Let’s take a sneak peek at the actress’s routine.

Morning

Time: 6:30 AM
Food: Detox Smoothie, Proteins, Green Vegetable and Dry Fruits

Time: 9:00 AM
Food: Oats, Dali, Egg Whites, Fruits like Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango.

After a workout, she had some protein shake and added some chia seeds of fox seeds.

Lunch

The actress changes her lunch diet after 10 days. 

Food: Brown Rice, Full plate of Salads with Rocket Leaves, Carrot, Baby Spinach, lettuce, Cucumber, Roasted flax seeds and Avocado. She also had one chapati either Jawar, Raggi or whole wheat flour.

Or she opts for Non-Veg sometimes like Chicken, Lamb, Fish but with less salt and spice. 

Time: 4:30 PM
Food: Green Tea with lots of mix-nuts

Dinner

Time: 6:30 PM
Food: Boiled and Grinded Vegetable soup and add some lemon.

Time: 10:30
Food: Either Roti with a Small bowl of brown rice and a plate of salad or She prefers fish or eggs.

The actress unveiled that she is a morning bird and fitness means everything to her.
