OTT Platform Chaupal is set to entertain its fans with an exciting and amazing web series. Titled Shahi Majra, the project will star actors like Ninja, Nikeet Dhillon, Sawan Rupowali, Honey Mattu, Sanju Solanki, Anita Shabdeesh, Sagar Sharma, Divjot Kaur, Anchal Rana, Taniya Mahajan, Arvinder Kaur and more in lead, pivotal and supporting roles.
Though we have seen the Punjabi Industry’s efforts in making a variety of content, not many projects are made women-centric here. But Shahi Majra is a full-fledged web series with the main focus on female characters.

The trailer of Shahi Majra recently dropped on YouTube and grabbed everyone’s attention. It narrates the story of Agam Mann, played by Nikeet Dhillon, a simple village girl whose path in life takes her on a trip to become a celebrity.
Agam arrives at a Girls PG in Shahi Majra. What feels like a common PG, turns out to be a base of drugs and drug-addicted girls. Agam ultimately falls prey to the appealing yet dangerous city lifestyle and her life takes an unexpected twist. A dark murder in the Shahi Majra brings Sawan Rupowali’s character, a cop, into the story. She is ruthless and rude yet her character is surrounded by some unanswered mysteries too.

The story of the web series Shahi Majra is written by Raju Verma and directed by Prem Singh Sidhu. Everyone around the town is talking about the impressive trailer of this project.
Shahi Majra is set to release on Chaupal on 12 August.
