The Punjabi Film Industry has a big bunch of movies to be released before 2022 ends. And Harish Verma and Sweetaj Brar starrer Tere Layi is also one among them. But if you were eagerly waiting for the film’s release, you’ll have to add in some extra days in the waiting period.
Yes, the release date of Tere Layi starring Harish Verma and Sweetaj Brar in the leading roles has been recently changed. It was earlier scheduled to release on 7 October, but now the date has been postponed to 9 December.

The two months delay in the film’s release looks like due to creative reasons. Sweetaj took it to her Instagram account where she updated her fans about the new release date of the film. In the caption, she also mentioned that the film’s team is trying to deliver the best to the audience hence the film is taking a bit longer.
The caption to her post reads, “Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the film’s release has been postponed to 9th December 2022! We wish to deliver our best to you and to achieve the best it takes time…thank you for all the support”
Talking about the film, enough details about the film, its story or theme are not out yet. But Tere Layi is surely going to be a romantic one. Its poster suggests the film will follow a romantic track with heartbreak. Though things can only be said concretely after the makers officially release the details, till then, all we can do is make guesses in the air.

Apart from Harish Verma and Sweetaj Brar in the leading roles, the movie also stars some popular actors like Nirmal Rishi, Bhumika Sharka, Seema Kaushal, Amrit Amby, Jarnail Singh, Raj Dhaliwal and Sukhwinder Raj in supporting roles.
