Anant Ambani, the younger son of Mukesh Ambani, engaged to Radhika Merchant, now has his own house on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, worth ₹640 crore, thanks to Reliance Industries Ltd. Additionally, it’s the most expensive house ever purchased in Dubai. Reportedly, this lavish house is located on the southern part of the Palm Jumeirah.

As per the media reports, this new house of Anant Ambani in Dubai, has 10 bedrooms, outdoor and indoor pools, private spa and what not! The deal is private, however, the sources have linked it to Reliance industries and Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani.

The media reports claim that one of the offshore entities of Reliance will be holding this property, which will further be customised as per the security requirements, costing millions of dollars. Reportedly, Parimal Nathwani, the YSRCP’s member of Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh, who is a close-aide of Ambanis, would manage the villa.

Reportedly, Mukesh Ambani, 65, is slowly handing out his businesses to his children, following a diversification of his empire, which saw RIL’s entry into tech, green energy, and e-commerce.

For three of the younger Ambanis, the Ambanis have recently been purchasing properties abroad. Akash Ambani, who recently became the chairman of telecom provider Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., reportedly owns the £79 million Georgian-style property in London that was purchased last year. On the other hand, reportedly, Isha, who is his twin sister, married to Anand Piramal, is also looking for a house in New York.

Antilia, the main residence of the Ambani family in Mumbai, a 27-story building with three helipads, 168 parking spaces, a 50-seat movie theatre, a grand ballroom, and nine elevators, continues to be the most expensive private property in the world.
