Remo D’Souza Accused of Copying Dance Move in Housefull 5 Song “Laal Pari”

Choreographer Remo D’Souza has landed in controversy after social media content creator Sandip Brahamin accused him of copying a signature dance step in the recently released Housefull 5 song, Laal Pari. Sandip claims that his iconic head-shaking move, which features actors in hats, was lifted from his original content without credit.

To prove his point, Sandip posted a side-by-side video comparison on Instagram, highlighting the stark similarity between his move and the choreography in Laal Pari. “You all have seen my signature moves. My move has been copied in the Housefull 5 song ‘Laal Pari.’ Many of my friends messaged me after watching it. I checked again on Instagram and YouTube, there’s no credit or mention. I don’t know what is happening,” he shared.

Calling for support from his fans, Sandip urged, “I want you guys to share this video as much as possible. I need your support.” His video has since gone viral, garnering widespread attention and sparking a debate on originality in Bollywood choreography.

This accusation comes shortly after Laal Pari faced another setback, a copyright claim by Mofusion Studios led to the teaser being pulled from YouTube. Despite this, the song, sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh and Simar Kaur, remains a viral hit. It features major stars like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Soundarya Sharma, and Nargis Fakhri.

As of now, neither Remo D’Souza nor the Housefull 5 production team has addressed the allegations. Fans are eagerly awaiting their response.
