Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu who has recently separated with actor husband Naga Chaitanya almost a week ago, has now came forward with a cryptic note for the people and the society. She took to her official Instagram handle and shared a written note for the double standard people on how they see her after the divorce with Naga.
Now, after a week of her separation from Naga Chaitanya, Samantha clarifies that people are spreading the false rumours of her having affairs and her wish to not have children with Naga. False information regarding her abortion has also been pacing up. To all this Samantha shared a note on her instagram which says, “Thank you all for defending me against false rumours, never wanted children, and now that i have had abortions. A divorce in itself is an extremely painful process”
Earlier, she also shared a post and hinted at the questions raised on her by the people being a woman and taking the decision of divorce. To which she replied, “If matters are constantly morally questionable when done by women, but not even questioned when done by men- then we, as a society, fundamentally have no morals”. We wish her strength and power to cope up with this mental stress of the separation and also with the judgemental society who she considers as an attack on her personally.
Actress Rakul Preet Singh too came forward to support Samantha Ruth Prabhu as she retweeted Samantha’s note with a red heart emoji in reply to it.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot in 2017 and were about to celebrate their 4th wedding anniversary together on 6th October, 2021 but it turned out to be something else and they officially separated from each other on October 2.
