Seeking Justice For Her Son, Sidhu Moose Wala’s Mother Announces To Start A Protest

Mrs. Charan Kaur, the mother of renowned Punjabi singer late Sidhu Moose Wala, has announced to start a protest, demanding justice for her son. She stated that it’s been more than 4 months now but the Police has completely failed to nab the real culprits behind the murder of her son.

While addressing the fans of Sidhu Moose Wala at their home in Mansa on Sunday, Moose Wala’s mother Charan Kaur and father Balkaur Singh stated that no justice has been delivered in the matter yet. “We have completely co-operated with the Punjab police and the government as well, but nothing happened,” they added.

“It would be better if we would have not cremated our son till the arrest of all accused of his murderers, ” said Mrs. Charan Kaur. She further added, “people used to call me a ‘sherni’ but I wasn’t that brave. However, now I have become a Sherni, who will fight for the justice of her son. We two (Moose Wala’s mother and father) would sit and protest demanding justice for our son now.”

Renowned Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead on May 29 at Jahawarke village, Mansa. After which, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar and Bishnoi gang took the responsibility for his murder. However, the Punjab police have taken gangster Lawrence Bishnoi into custody and the investigation is ongoing, but Moose Wala’s family is still waiting for justice.

Moreover, the people across the globe had already been questioning the Mann govt for scaling down the security of the VIPs, including Moose Wala, as he was murdered the next day. Now, with Mrs. Charan Kaur and Mr. Balkaur Singh, the parents of Moose Wala, announcing a protest demanding justice for her son, the pressure on the AAP government of Punjab seems rising.
