Bollywood’s Rockstar actor Ranbir Kapoor was on cloud nine to finally make his comeback on silver screens after a long gap of 4 years. The actor was last seen in Sanju and has now marked his comeback with Shamshera.
Karan Malhotra’s directorial, Shamshera was much hyped and publicized. But all the efforts seem to have gone to waste. Shamshera’s box office collection is more than enough to prove that the movie is struggling to even collect its cost.
It opened low by collecting approximately 10.25 crores and 10.50 crores on its second day. The film’s budget was a whopping amount of 150 crores, out of which the film has managed to earn approximately 30 crores only.

After the massive failure of Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor is now hoping to get a good response on his upcoming movie Brahmastra with Alia Bhatt. Brahmastra will be released on 9 September.
