Popular Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is currently having a bad time. With problems already clouding on her and her family due to the arrest of husband Raj Kundra in the Pornography case, the troubles are nowhere near ending for the actress.
The Raj Kundra case hasn’t still settled down and the actress has landed in another legal trouble. Two FIRs have been registered against Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty at Hazratganj and Vibhuti Khand Police stations in Lucknow for alleged fraud.
Shilpa Shetty runs a country-wide fitness chain named Iosis Wellness Centre as the chairman of the company. Sunanda Shetty, Shilpa’s mother, is designated at the director post of the company. Jyotsna Chauhan, a resident of the Omaxe Heights, accused Shilpa and her mother of taking two crore rupees from her in the name of opening a new branch of their company, but the branch has not been opened and she alleges that Shilpa and her mother deceived her of 2 crore rupees.
Jyotsna filed the complaint at the Vibhuti Khand police station while another complainant, Rohit Veer Singh filed the complaint at the Hazratganj Police station. Both the Police stations immediately began the legal proceedings and have sent notices to Shilpa and her mother for questioning on the accusations.
Sanjeev Suman, DCP (East) of the area, said that the investigating officer in the case will be soon leaving for Mumbai to question the accused. All the points will be properly taken care of. The matter is high profile and thus needs to be managed with delicacy and Police will do everything so that justice shall prevail.
