Amidst big Punjabi titles being announced this year, Sapan Manchanda has levelled up. The top-producer of the Punjabi film industry has announced that the shooting phase of the upcoming Hindi web series, ‘Perfume’, has finally begun.
Presented by Loud Roar Studios, the Hindi web series will be directed by Rakesh Mehta, who is known for directing movies like Ik Sandhu Hunda Si. Sapan Manchanda is the executive producer of the upcoming web series. Harpreet Singh Devgun, Maninder Singh and Rahul Devgun are going to co-produce the web series. Gagandeep Singh features as the DOP.
Sapan Manchanda, the executive producer, uploaded a story on his official Instagram account to announce the commencement of Perfume. He also revealed through his story that the web series will star Poppy Jabbal and Preet Bath in pivotal roles.
The shooting start announcement of ‘Perfume’ has come just a day after the announcement of another Hindi web series, ‘Gilehariyan’. Sapan Manchanda is the executive producer of Gilehariyan too. The web series will also be directed by Harpreet Singh Devgun and Rahul Devgun. Manbhavan Singh will be directing that series. It is also a Loud Roar Studios presentation.
This means that both the web series are going to be produced by the same team. Perfume is the second announcement made by Sapan Manchanda in two days. The shooting for two web series have begun and Punjabi actors are going to be starring in both the series. We are really excited for the both projects and wish that the official release date announcement comes as soon as possible.
