Sidharth Malhotra is counted among the finest and most brilliant actors in Bollywood Film Industry. He marked his debut with the superhit film, Student Of The Year and is set to rule the box office with Thank God. This journey has surely not been an easy one for the Shershaah actor. He has gone through a lot of ups and downs, and just like any other outsider, his struggle story is something worth knowing.
The actors surely deal in crores today, but did you know his first cheque only had a 3-digit salary when he first stepped into the glamour industry? Yes, it might be hard to believe today, but it is a true story.

Sidharth Malhotra was a shy kid and was not too open about his dreams. It was in his late teens when he actually started facing cameras. He started modelling at the age of 18 to earn pocket money for himself. And it was then during a shoot which he did for a mobile poster that he got his first paycheque.
Sidharth received an amount of approximately 7 or 8 thousand rupees for the shoot. But the story doesn’t end here. Sidharth back then did not have a bank account back then, and he did not know what to do with the paycheque. So he simply took it and handed over the cheque to his mom.
While talking about the same, Sidharth stated in an interview, ‘Now when I look back at 10 years okay great I thought that was the difficult part to get in there. But then I realised the struggles one has to be or go through to sustain themselves. It’s a big task to entertain this country and be in this business.’

The fan-favourite chocolate boy of the b-town, Sid Malhotra has definitely worked hard to prove his calibre. His fans and admirers are proud of him, and we are sure he has a long way to go in Bollywood.
