With his latest album MooseTape, Sidhu Moosewala has established himself as an artist in the UK too. Most of the album was shot in the UK and Sidhu Moosewala also collaborated with many English rappers like Mr. Morrisson and Tion Wayne. Top English Music Producers M1 and Chris Rich also produced music of Sidhu in MooseTape and we all know about the bromance between Steel Banglez and Sidhu.
Recently, Sidhu Moosewala visited the Wireless Festival 2021, which is an annual international music festival held in London, UK. Sidhu Moosewala was aided by Steel Banglez at the event via VIP entry. Sidhu already has link-ups in the UK but the Wireless Festival introduced him to some of the world’s biggest names! Being an international rap festival, a lot of international rappers were present at the event and met with Sidhu.
Beginning with, Sidhu Moosewala met with English rapper Central Cee. He is a big name in the UK rap scene and his debut mixtape ‘Wild West’, which was released in March 2021, climbed to the No. 2 spot at the UK Albums Chart.
Sidhu Moosewala was also snapped with Fredo, who is best known for his song with rapper Dave, ‘Funky Friday’. Dave is one of the most recognised English Rappers all over the world. The song ‘Funky Friday’ was the UK’s number one track in 2018. There are strong speculations that Sidhu Moosewala is going to collaborate with Fredo in a song included in Steel Banglez’s upcoming music album.
Sidhu also met ArrDee, who is another top rapper in the UK rap scene. ArrDee rose to fame by featuring on the remix of Russ Millions and Tion Wayne’s track ‘Body’, which peaked many charts all over the world. He then went on to release his debut single ‘Oliver Twist’ which grabbed the 6th spot on the UK Singles Chart.
Ms Banks was another notable figure with whom Sidhu linked up at the music fest. Her real name is Thyra Oji, who appears before the world with her stage name, Ms Banks. She is one of the leading names when it comes to female rappers, singers and songwriters in the UK.
Sidhu also met his most recent collaboration, Tion Wayne. In the closing track of MooseTape, Celebrity Killer, Sidhu Moosewala collaborated with Tion Wayne. It also had M1 and Chris Rich as the major music producers of the song.
Wireless Festival is a huge global music fest where top world rappers come and perform. Rappers like Jay Z, Kanye West and many more have earlier performed at the prestigious stage. The most recent performance at the Wireless stage was given by Drake, the international Hip-hop sensation!
Though Sidhu Moosewala did not perform at the event, there are speculations that he might get a chance to perform as Mist, the UK rapper who collaborated with Sidhu in the track ‘47’, has a performance due tomorrow. He might fetch Sidhu to perform ‘47’ with him!
