Sidhu Moosewala Father Shares Heartbreaking Letter to Late Son

Sidhu Moosewala father emotional letter tribute Instagram

One day after bullets were fired at Sidhu Moosewala’s statue in Haryana, his father Sardar Balkaur Singh shared a heart-wrenching letter on Instagram, reigniting public grief over the late singer’s death. Addressing Sidhu directly, he wrote, “Sun Beta, Ajj Phir Tere Kol Aaeya Haan,” pouring out the pain of a father who still speaks to his son beyond life. He said their world feels empty without him, and the weight of carrying his legacy grows heavier by the day.

Balkaur Singh reflected on how Sidhu’s values, name, and hard-earned respect remain — but also voiced regret that they haven’t been upheld as they should. “Shubhdeep Putt Tu Sanu Eh Kehdiya Jimmewariyaan Te Laga Geya…” he wrote, a final line that has left fans around the world in tears.

Just a day earlier, Sidhu’s mother, Charan Kaur, had broken her silence after unknown assailants shot at her son’s statue in Sawantkheda village, Haryana, on August 6. Calling it “a wound to her soul,” she described the act as an attack on Sidhu’s memory and an attempt to erase his voice even in death. “Our silence is not our defeat,” she said defiantly. The statue had been installed in 2023 by JJP’s Digvijay Chautala, who had reportedly received threats days before the incident. A case has been registered in Sirsa district and investigations are ongoing.

Yet, Sidhu’s legacy remains unshaken. Even posthumously, his voice continues to rise — as seen with the massive release of his latest track “Take Notes” under Sidhu Moose Wala

Present, where he served as the singer, lyricist, and composer. The song has gone viral, reminding fans that even in absence, the artist lives on through the art he left behind – a truth his father’s emotional post only deepens.
