And every Punjabi fan should be overwhelmed to know that some Punjabi artists like Sidhu Moosewala and AP Dhillon are shining bright on the list.
Yes, you read that right. If you too are a fan of these amazing artists you must know, both Sidhu and AP Dhillon are ruling Spotify’s wrap-up stats. While Sidhu Mooseala’s Moosetape is India’s most streamed album of the year 2022, the fan favorite singer AP Dhillon’s Excuses is the most streamed song of 2022.

In the list of India’s most-streamed albums, AP Dhillon’s Hidden Gems is also ruling at position number 3. Moosetape and Hidden Gems are only two Punjabi albums on this list.
Not only this, but the two superstar artists have also earned space in the list of India’s Top 10 most streamed artists on Spotify. AP Dhillon is the 6th most streamed Indian artist, while Sidhu Moosewala grabbed position number 8. The first three positions in this list are reserved by Arijit Singh, Pritam and AR Rahman.
Apart from Sidhu Moosewala and AP Dhillon, the popular Punjabi singer Shubh has also grabbed a place in this yearly round-up. Shubh’s song ‘No Love’ is India’s 4th most streamed song of 2022.
