Two bravehearts of the Punjab regiment of the Indian army lost their lives on Tuesday. The heart-wrenching loss took place due to an avalanche in the Siachen Glacier. Sep. Amardeep Singh and Sep Prabhjit Singh sacrificed their lives for the nation.
Retired Army General Satish Dua shared the distressing news through his social media. Our defence forces work day and night, sacrificing their time, family and whole life for the safety of the citizens. Whenever the country suffers any of these real-life heroes’ loss, it makes the whole country mourn. Let’s not forget the sacrifices of the two bravehearts and all the heroes who’ve ever sacrificed their lives for retaining peace in the world.
