As per recent news in the town, Sonu Sood has mortgaged his 8 properties in Juhu trying to raise an amount of 10 crore for the needy. His mortgaged properties include 6 flats and 2 shops.
According to a report by Money Control, this news has been out stating the same. Ritesh Mehta, who is Senior Director & Head West India, Residential Services, JLL India stated,
“Such a philanthropic gesture is unheard of. While these premium properties will continue to be owned by the actor and his wife and would continue to receive a monthly rental, they may have to pay interest and principal against the Rs 10 crore loan.”
