Swara Bhaskar Files Case Against Elvish Yadav For Making Objectionable Comments Against Her

Delhi police have lodged an FIR against Youtuber Elvish Yadav on the complaint of activist-actress Swara Bhasker. She had filed a complaint against the social media influencer at the Basant Kunj police station in Delhi on Sunday contending that he had outraged her modesty, and had publicized some hashtags on social media regarding some movie scene involving her. The news agency has taken social media and shared about the news.

A criminal case has been registered under IPC Sec 354D (stalking), 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and sec 67 of IT Act (Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form): Delhi Police (2/2)

Swara’s fans have extended their support to the actress as she records her statement at the Patiala House Court in the case she filed against one Elvish Yadav for targeting and maligning her image on social media.
