With the end of the year 2024, the list of top web series along with the most searched films on Google this year has also been revealed. Here we are going to tell you whose name is at the top in the list of most searched web series.

According to this list released by Google, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama series ‘Heera Mandi’ is at the top. This series is the story of the life of courtesans in the red-light area of Heera Mandi in Lahore during the ongoing movement for India’s independence against the British Raj. The series stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Sehgal Mehta and Taha Shah Badusha. Apart from these, Farida Jalal, Shekhar Suman, Fardeen Khan, Shruti Sharma and Adhyayan Suman were also seen in important roles. This series was released on Netflix on 1 May 2024.
The interesting thing is that this series has surpassed Mirzapur 3, the most awaited series of this year. Apart from this, it has also surpassed the hit South Korean series ‘Queen of Tears’ and the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 18’ hosted by Salman Khan.
