The iPhone, an iconic product line by Apple, has consistently set industry standards. Known for its sleek design, cutting-edge technology, and user-friendly interface, iPhones have become iconic devices. IPhones have now become a symbol of innovation and luxury.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max, the most advanced model of 2023, was unveiled during the ‘Wanderlust’ event held on September 12, this year. But one question may arise in your mind, that why Apple unveils a new IPhone every year?
The primary reason behind Apple’s annual iPhone releases, according to CEO Tim Cook, is quite straightforward. In a recent interview with Brut, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, was posed with this question to which he answered, People who want a new iPhone every year can trade in their old ones. If the old phone still works, we sell it again. If it doesn’t work, we take it apart and reuse the materials to make a new iPhone.
He said, “I think having an iPhone every year for those people that want is a great thing. And what we do is we allow people to trade in their phones. And so, we resell that phone if it’s still working. And if it’s not working, we have got ways of disassembling it and taking the materials to make a new iPhone out of”.
Talking about the recently unveiled Iphone, Apple introduced the iPhone 15 series, which includes the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
