Both of them have personalities totally different from each other but Wahaj Ali, playing the role of Murtasim falls in love with Meerab aka Yumna Zaidi due to her confident and courageous nature, but she doesn’t accept it. The show used to air on GEO TV and consists of 58 episodes. 

2. Mere Humsafar

‘Mere Humsafar’ is another favorite show of most of the daily soap lovers, not just in Pakistan but in India as well. Starring Hania Amir and Farhan Saeed in lead roles, Mere Humsafar is a story revolving around a girl ‘Hala’ who is mistreated by her aunt. 

Later, her cousin Hamza, returns from abroad, marries her and gives her the respect she always needed. But there are many twists and turns, and melodrama. The show received a lot of popularity and was highly rated.

3. Suno Chanda

‘Suno Chanda’ is a romantic comedy show, in which the storyline revolves around the forced marriage of Arsal and Ajiya, who are cousins, and are engaged but haven’t started living together because the wedding reception is yet to happen.  

Their family wants them to get married soon but no one knows that they don’t like each other at all.The drama was aired on HUM TV and the onscreen chemistry of Iqra Aziz and Farhan Saeed was very much loved by the viewers. 

4. Humsafar

‘Humsafar’ is a drama which changed the Pakistan entered industry entirely. Humsafar is the story about how two strangers with strikingly opposite personalities Asher and Khirad fall in love after an arranged marriage.

Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan, chemistry as Asher and Khirad emerged as one of the most popular one.Due to the huge  success of the show, it was referred to as the era of a “Golden Age” of Pakistani television.

5. Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha 

The show ‘Mujhe pyaar hua tha’ kept the audience totally engaged from day one. written by Sidra Seher Imran and directed by Badar Mehmood, the story of the show depicted a love triangle between Maheer, Saad and Areeb.

The drama features Hania Aamir as Maheer and Wahaj Ali as Saad. The show was aired on the channel ‘ARY Digital’.

6. Pyaar Ke Sadqay

‘Pyaar Ke Sadqay’ shows a very unique storyline in which the love story of Mehjabeen and Abdullah is portrayed very nicely. Abdullah is a very innocent boy, who is unable to pass any exam. 

The show is directed by Farooq Rind, written by Zanjabeel Asim Shah and produced by Momina Duraid under MD Productions. It aired on HUM TV in 2020 and was one of the best dramas of 2020.

7. Ishqiya

‘Ishqiya’, directed by Badar Mehmood, stars Feroze Khan, Hania Amir, Ramsha Khan, Gohar Rasheed in the title roles.

Hamna ( Ramsha khan) and Rumaisa (Hania Amir) are two sisters where humna is a quiet and reserved on the other hand Rumaisa is very talkative. In show Hamna falls in love with one of her classmates in college. The show aired on ARY Digital in the year 2020.

8. Parizaad

In the show the story revolves around a boy named Parizad who is an average-looking dark-skinned face. He grew up facing self esteem problems. But he is a hardworking and well mannered boy.

The story is about his day to day life and love story. It is seriously a must watch drama, directed by Shahzad Kashmiri and aired on HUM TV. 

9.  Zindagi Gulzar Hai

The show revolves around Kashaf, a girl who wants to succeed in her career. But her father, who is a school teacher, mistreated her. Due to which Kashaf starts thinking that life is unjust and all men are the same as her father. 

But later her mentality changed after she met ‘Zarun’ her lover and later  she also married him. ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ is directed by Sultana Siddiqui and produced by Momnia Duraid. It  was first telecasted from 30 November 2012 to 24 May 2013 in Pakistan on HUM TV. 

10. Ehd- e- Wafa

‘Ehd- e- wafa’ is a story about four school friends who always stand by each other 

The Drama Series stars Ahad Raza Mir, Ahmed Ali Akbar, and Osman Khalid as Saad, Shahzain, Shariq, and Shehryar. 

As four of them grew up and joined Army training their friendship gets stronger but the twist in the story comes when the clashes rise among the four friends, so much so that they fall apart. The show aired on HUM TV  and is definitely a must watch.
