Laal Singh Chaddha is an upcoming Bollywood movie which has been in the watchlist of many fans since the time it was announced. It stars Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles, and Mona Singh & Naga Chaitanya in pivotal roles.
The concept trailer and two songs from the film were released already, and now the official trailer of Laal Singh Chaddha is also out. But before we elaborate and discuss the trailer in detail, let us tell you this film is the official remake of the 1994 Hollywood movie ‘Forrest Gump’. It was based on Winston Groom’s novel with the same name that was released in 1986.

This might be an official remake, but Aamir Khan and the team decided not to copy and paste scenes from the acclaimed Hollywood movie. In fact, Laal Singh Chaddha has only been adapted from the original, which means the storyline, characters and dialogue in this film will be different, and the only thing that’ll remain the same will be its message.

Laal Singh Chaddha is the life story of a specially-abled boy who grows up with the support of his mother (Mona Singh) and a childhood friend (Kareena Kapoor Khan). As he grows up, the story follows his self-confidence, falling in love, joining the Army and many little heartwarming moments.
We won’t call the film only a project with a message and an unconventional love story, because it will also include a perfect balance of comedy, drama, emotions and magic.
Talking about the characters, Aamir Khan has donned the Sardar look really well. He also successfully transported his character’s innocence in the young look which is a bit similar to how he looked in PK. Aamir’s Punjabi accent in the film is slightly mixed with Hindi, which is justified as the makers wish to connect with the masses.
On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor Khan is marking her comeback in Hindi cinema with this film and has really grabbed a special role. She looked pretty in every shot and has made us curious to know more about her role. Moreover Mona Singh, who undoubtedly is an amazing actress is playing Aamir Khan’s mother in the film and we are looking forward to her character as well.
Apart from all these, there is one more special actor in this film who must have caught your attention. We are talking about Naga Chaitanya, the south superstar who is marking his Bollywood debut with Laal Singh Chaddha.
