Dream Girl 2 is helmed by director Raaj Shaandilyaa and co-produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film stars Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Annu Kapoor, and Abhishek Banerjee along with the lead characters Ananya and Ayushmann.
