The social media sensation Uorfi Javed has landed in international trouble recently. The model and actress has been banned from making an entry in the UAE. She is usually making headlines for her weird and unexpected fashion experiments.
While various people criticise her and demand legal action against her, the reason behind her international trouble is not her dressing sense or bizarre outfits. In fact, Uorfi’s entry has been banned following a new official rule by the UAE Immigration Department. And according to the new rule, Indians with only a single name will not be allowed to travel to the UAE.

Uorfi took it to her Instagram account and shared the news on her story. She expressed her disappointment and wrote, “So my official name is only Uorfi, no surname, and now I’m fu*ked”.
For the unversed, on 21 November, Air India and AI Express announced that the UAE Immigration Department would not allow Indians with a single name on their passports. Let us tell you that UAE has imposed this new rule among those Indians who enter the country by taking visiting visa, visa on arrival or temporary visa. That is, these rules are for those people who go to Arab countries for a few days.

Moreover, Uorfi was earlier named Urfi Javed. But the actress added a letter ‘O’ in her name’s spelling and officially changed her name from Urfi Javed to only Uorfi.
