Faster Travel With Sleeper Berths

Currently, trains between Patna and Delhi take anywhere from 12 to 17 hours. The new service will bring this down to just 11.5 hours. The train is likely to leave Patna at 8 pm and reach Delhi by 7:30 am, offering a perfect overnight journey. Unlike the chair-car version, this model features sleeper berths, making long-distance travel far more comfortable.

Fares are expected to be about 10–15% higher than Rajdhani Express, but with faster travel and premium features, the upgrade is likely to attract passengers.
