Ever since the announcement of Sunny Deol’s war based film ‘Border 2’, the excitement of the fans is not stopping. After 27 years, ‘Border’ is ready to rock the screen with some old and some new star cast. Apart from Sunny, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty will also be seen in the film.
Apart from this, the actors also keep sharing some BTS pictures from the set which has increased the curiosity of the fans even more. Now on the occasion of Army Day, Bollywood star Sunny Deol spent some time with the soldiers of the country and saluted their indomitable courage, sacrifice and unwavering dedication.
Sunny Deol has shared many videos and pictures on Instagram. In the first clip, he has shared a video in which the actor and the soldiers can be heard saying “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”. In other pictures, he is also seen posing for pictures with the soldiers and playing games with them.
Apart from Sunny Deol, Baby John fame actor Varun Dhawan has also shared some BTS pictures from the set.
Anurag Singh has taken the responsibility of directing Border 2 while Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta have taken the responsibility of production. This film is the second part of the 1997 film Border, whose story is based on the events of the Battle of Longewala (1971).
The first part of the film was directed by J.P. Dutta. This film is dedicated to the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. Artists like Sunny Deol, Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, Sudesh Berry, Puneet Issar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tabu, Rakhi, Pooja Bhatt and Sharbani Mukherjee worked in it.
