Viral Video: Netizens Helps 100-Year-Old Punjabi Man, Selling Veggies To Support His Orphaned Grandkids

A 100-year-old man from Moga, Punjab, Harbans Singh, has been raising his grandchildren by selling vegetables. Despite his age, he has taken on this responsibility due to the demise of his son and the parting of their mother.

When his son passed away two years ago, his daughter-in-law had left her children. Soon after, he strengthened up and started taking care of their children.

He sells vegetables on the streets of Moga. His cart Is loaded full of onions and potatoes to assure that his orphaned grandchildren get a proper education.

Singh has one more son that lives separately, and the old vegetable seller is the sole bread-winner for his grandchildren. According to the reports, he has been doing this work for decades.

After the video went viral, Punjab’s CM Captain Amarinder Singh took to Twitter on Saturday and openly declared financial aid of ₹5 lakh for Harbans Singh and his grandchildren’s education.

Meanwhile, a lot of users offered to help Harbans financially. Others empathized with him and praised him for his strength.
