
Virat Kohli has recently bashed a leading newspaper organization for publishing fake and false news about himself and Anushka.
According to the Times Of India, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were planning to build a cricket pitch at their farmhouse in Alibaug. Later Virat took to his Instagram Stories and slammed the organization for spreading fake news.
He wrote “Bachpan se jo akhbaar Padha hai, wo bhi fake news chaapne lage ab” ( The newspaper that I’ve read since childhood are now publishing fake news too).
Virat Kohli is known for quashing fake reports and news regarding himself and his family. Recently he clarified the reports regarding his Instagram earnings.
As per the statistics of some reports, Virat Kohli earns ₹11 crore by posting a promotional post on Instagram. However this is not true as the former captain of the Indian cricket team clarified these reports.
He said “While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is not true”.
Coming back to his Alibaugh property, it was reported that Kohli bought this second property in Alibaug last year. Reportedly, Virat paid a stamp duty of ₹36 lakhs for purchasing the 2000 sq ft villa in Alibaug for ₹6 crores.
