Apple is set to unveil the update for iOS 16 & iPadOS 16 at its annual WWDC event on  July 16, 2022.

However, Apple has officially made the first public beta versions of iOS 16 & iPadOS 16 available for all users on Monday.

The final version of the updated iOS will be rolled out to iPhone & iPad users after the new iPhone 14 series is launched.

Users will have to register the device with Apple, in order to install the beta software.

Once your device is registered with Apple, an available software update will be visible in  your Settings.

Make sure you backup your data first in order to get the update option, as betas are full of bugs.

iOS 16 lets users customise the lock screen, apply different styles & fonts, resembling mini-widgets & much more.

With iOS 16, Apple is also letting iphone users to edit a message after it’s sent or unsend  a message.

iPadOS 16, improves the multitasking capabilities & also its gives users more control.
