Bollywood playback singer KK died due to a heart attack on 31st May, 2022.

KK aka Krishnakumar Kunnath was born on 23rd August 1968 in a Malayali family, in New Delhi.

KK completed his studies at Delhi's Mount St Mary's School and graduated from Kirori Mal College, DU.

In 1991, he got married to a girl named Jyothy & had two kids Nakul & Tamara.

He began his career by singing jingles. He sang over 3500 jingles in 11 different languages in 4 years.

AR Rahman brought KK to the forefront of playback singing.

He made his bollywood debut with 'Chhod Aaye Hum Woh Galiyan' from  the movie 'Maachis'.

His big Bollywood break came from Sanjay Leela Bhanshali's 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' he sang two blockbuster songs, "Tadap-Tadap ke'' & the title  track of the movie.

After that he never stopped delivering superhit melodies, over the years he sang songs like "Ajab si", "Zara Sa" & many more.

After entertaining & making millions of fans with his melodious voice, the star singer left us on 31st May 2022.
