BJP leader and actress, Sonali Phogat died of suspected heart attack on monday night in Goa  at the  age of 41 years.

Sonali Phogat along with some of her staff members had gone to Goa.

The 41-year-old BJP leader had complained of uneasiness to her staff on Monday after which she was taken to the hospital.

Currently, the post mortem is being conducted & the local police are on their way to the hospital.

Phogat had contested the 2019 Haryana Assembly polls from the Adampur seat against  Kuldeep Bishnoi.

Sonali Phogat was born on September 21, 1979, in Bhuthan village in Hisar & studied at an institute located in Noida, Sector 1.

Phogat was a TikTok Star, who also appeared in the 14th edition of the popular reality show, Bigg Boss.

She also did anchoring for Hisar Doordarshan & acted in “The Story of Badmash Garh'', "Amma" & a few Haryanvi movies.

Sonali joined BJP in 2008 & went on to become the national vice president of BJP’s Maliha Morcha.

She also headed the party’s tribal wing in several states like Haryana, Delhi, and Chandigarh.
