Oscar winning director Christopher Nolan, is returning to the big screen again, but this time it will  be a little different.

Nolan is best known for science fiction stories, especially ones that experiment with time  & space.

With his latest film, Nolan will venture into a genre he has not yet attempted: the biopic.

Cillian Murphy, who will portray the father of the atomic bomb will be  seen as lead.

Other stars like Florence Pugh, Robert Downey Jr., & more will bring his life story to the big screen.

The film is based on the book “American Prometheus: The Triumph & Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer”

It is written by Kai Bird & Martin J Sherwin & was published in May 2006.

The book won $10,000 in prize money along with  the Pulitzer for Biography  in 2006.

The book followed Oppenheimer’s life story from his education at Harvard & Cambridge to Germany. He believed that atomic materials needed control & regulation.

Production began in February in New Mexico & other locations include New Jersey & California. “Oppenheimer” is set for release in theaters on July 21, 2023.
