A new bollywood movie 'Goodbye' hits the cinema on October 7th.

Goodbye stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna, Neena Gupta, Ashish Vidyarthi in pivotal roles.

Helmed by Vikas Bahl, Goodbye is a funeral drama filled with emotions  and comic punches.

The story revolves around the funeral of Gayatri(Neena).

Harish Bhalla (Amitabh) informs his daughter Tara (Rashmika) about Gayatri's death. Tara arrives in Chandigarh for the final rites  of her mother.

She has a rough relationship with her father, so amid some disagreements, drama is created but things get sorted in the end. But what happens in-between is what the movie is all about.

Movie's story has multiple loopholes, and could have been written right-handed. Screenplay was too good at times while sometimes it was  way too average.

Amitabh's performance was exactly like we expected. Rashmika's performance was patchy, while Neena, Ashish, Sunil were good at their roles.

The best thing about the film is its songs. Amit Trivedi has done a marvelous job again. 'Jaikal Mahakal'  & 'Chann Pardesi' are too good.

Overall, Goodbye didn't stand as per our expectations but can be watched for its songs, Amitabh's performance  & theme.
