Apple officially announced iOS 16  at the WWDC 2022.

It will be available for the iPhone 8 series and later versions.

For the first time in an iPhone, users will now be able to add, customize  and personalize widgets  on their lockscreen.

Users will also get a feature called 'iCloud library' which will provide access to the photos in the library  to all the users involved.

You can now edit, unsend and unread  a message in iMessage app.

Live Text will also be possible  with videos now.

Users can also grab subjects like animals from images and turn them into stickers, which they can use in messages by using Visual  Look Up feature.

New feature Safety Check allows user to cut digital ties with an abusive member. It is aimed at helping victims of domestic abuse and violence.

Parental Controls, Apple Maps, Dictation, SharePlay, Apple CarPlay, Apple Wallet have all got  major improvements.

Beta Version will be release soon and  a stable update is expected  later this year.
