Famous singer KK, passed away due to heart attack on 31st May 2022 at the age of 53.

KK has delivered numerous iconic bollywood songs like 'Tadap Tadap ke', 'Zara Sa' & many more, over the last two decades.

He sang over 3500 jingles before he got his break.

He was encouraged by veteran singer Hariharan to move to Mumbai, while he was singing in Delhi.

KK’s debut song was Maachis’ “Chod Aaye Hum Voh Galiyan '' & it was a hit.

KK was inspired by Kishore Kumar. KK had shared in an interview that Kishore Da was one of his earliest influences.

KK was not a trained musician. He visited a music school for a few days but he learnt music on his own.

He was one of the jury members on the music reality show 'Gurukul', where Arijit singh got his first brush of fame.

Apart from Hindi, KK sang in Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Gujarati and Assamese too.
