Cause of death of American country singer Luke Bell has been
released now.
Luke Bell was found dead on August 26, 2022 after he went missing
for a week.
The Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner in Arizona released the autopsy report for the singer
on Tuesday.
According to a Report of The Sun, Luke Bell, 32, died of an accidental
fentanyl overdose.
Reportedly, there was also drug paraphernalia found at the scene.
The report also claimed that the country singer suffered from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
The Postmortem report has been sent to the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner for further comments.
A passerby found Luke unresponsive in a shaded area of a parking lot.
Bell had gone missing on Aug. 20 in Tucson while he & fellow country singer Matt Kinman were in town to visit Kinman’s family & perform music.
Allegedly, Bell found it difficult to cope with his bipolar disorder & his fatal disappearance was not the first time he had gone missing.
