Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan-1' has stormed into  the 200 crore club.

After a minor drop on Saturday, Ponniyin Selvan-1 does well at  WW box office on Day 3.

It grossed a total of ₹64.42 crores on its first Sunday at the worldwide  box office.

PS-1 has earned ₹ 202.87 crore at the worldwide box office within three days.

The historical epic has earned ₹69.71 crore in first 3 days in Tamilnadu Only.

PS-1 has beaten all Tamil releases this year in terms of first weekend collections including Ajith’s Valimai  & Kamal Haasan’s Vikram.

It also became the 3rd fastest film to achieve the milestone in Tamil cinema alongside Rajinikanth’s 2.O & Kabali.

Earlier, PS-1 earned ₹78.29 crore at worldwide box office on its  day 1 of release.

On Saturday, Mani Ratnam's historical Epic grossed ₹60.16 crore at  WW box office.

The movie is expected to earn something between ₹10-15  on its Day 4.
