Actor turned politician Sonali Phogat died due to heart attack on Monday.

The 41-years-old BJP leader along  with some of her staff members  had gone to Goa.

Shebhad complained of uneasiness to her staff after which she was taken to the hospital on Monday.

Sonali Phogat had contested the Haryana Assembly polls from the Adampur seat against Kuldeep  Bishnoi in 2019.

Sonali was born on September 21, 1979, in Bhuthan village in Hisar & studied at an institute located in Noida, Sector 1.

She was a TikTok Star, and used to frequently post videos and photos on her social media accounts.

Phogat also appeared in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss 14, hosted  by Salman Khan.

Sonali also did anchoring for Hisar Doordarshan & acted in “The Story of Badmash Garh'', Zee TV's "Amma" &  a few Haryanvi movies.

She joined BJP in 2008 & went on to become the national vice president of BJP’s Maliha Morcha.

Phogat also headed the party’s tribal wing in several states like Haryana, Delhi, and Chandigarh.
